Representative Russ Nowell has the philosophy that the people of Mississippi's District 43 know better than anyone how to better their counties. He is an advocate of the people. His mission is to listen to his district's concerns and do whatever is within is in his power to represent them honestly and sincerely.

Russ Nowell is the elected representative of District 43 in the Mississippi House of Representatives. He works hard to convey the vision of the people of Kemper County, Noxabee County and Winston County.
Representative Nowell is a member of the Louisville Rotary Club, Winston Co. Chamber of Commerce, Winston Co. Chairman of Ducks Unlimited, and Mississippi Funeral Directors Association.
The Nowell Family currently resides in Louisville, MS.
Representative Nowell was born on March 11, 1972 and is married to the former Amy Fussell. They have one child Layton Hope Nowell.
